On May 7, CalState LA will open the next hydrogen station in the Southern California network. Cal State LA will use the station for research, teaching and advancing clean transportation technologies, as well as dispensing fuel to FCEV drivers.
“We are standing in the doorway of the next technical revolution in transportation and renewable energy sectors,” said Dr. David Bleckman on his webpage. “Striving for energy independence, electric, hybrid and fuel cell vehicles are making a quantum leap and are strongly positioning themselves in manufacturing and service over the next 20-30 years.”
The Cal State LA station makes its hydrogen onsite from electrolysis and solar power. See the agenda for the station opening at http://web.calstatela.edu/faculty/vseaman/Hydrogen_Station.php
