Mobile fuelers are about the size of a semi trailer. A tractor truck takes the trailer to a central production plant and fills it with gaseous hydrogen. The truck driver then drops the trailer off at a pre-approved location.

Or a hydrogen tanker comes to the refueler to fill it in the field. Some demonstration programs use mobile fuelers  while the permanent station is being built. Mobile fuelers can also provide fuel for one-time or special events.
