California Energy Commission staff will conduct a workshop regarding activities proposed for electric vehicle charging infrastructure and hydrogen refueling infrastructure pursuant to Governor’s Executive Order B-48-18 and new funding allocations for zero-emission vehicle infrastructure on:
May 14, 2018
Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. signed Executive Order B-48-18 on January 26, 2018, that boosts the use of zero-emission vehicles (ZEVs), electric vehicle charging infrastructure, and hydrogen refueling infrastructure in California. Executive Order B-48-18 implements the Governor’s call for a new target of 5 million ZEVs in California by 2030 and 250,000 vehicle charging stations and 200 hydrogen refueling stations by 2025.
The activities to meet EO-B-48-18 targets will be discussed for electric vehicle charging infrastructure and hydrogen refueling infrastructure. The proposed funded activities are $134,000,000 for electric vehicle charging infrastructure and $92,000,000 for hydrogen refueling infrastructure.
