Under Bill Elrick's leadership as technical program director, CaFCP members have developed new analysis tools and detailed roll-out plans that state and federal agencies reference in planning support for hydrogen stations. Bill works directly with automakers, station developers, and government to facilitate collaborative actions that fulfill each organization’s needs while developing standards that ensure safe, reliable, and economically viable alternative fuel products.
